DISTRICT #142 SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION FOR 2021

Sisters and Brothers:
This letter is to announce the Year 2021 competition for the District #142 Scholarship Program.
This program is based on a scholarship competition open to members of District Lodge #142 and all Year 2021 graduating high school seniors who are legal children of members of District Lodge #142.
To effectively carry out this program all affiliated Local Lodges are requested to:
- Distribute information concerning the scholarship programs to all Local Lodge members who are affiliated with District Lodge #142.
- Make available to all such members the official rules and regulations of the Year 2021 competition and application forms thereof. An initial supply of these rules and regulations are enclosed with this letter. Please note: Official Application Forms are printed on the detachable bottom portion of the Rules and Regulations. Additional copies of the Rules and Regulations and/or Application Forms may be obtained from the District #142 Office, IAMDL142.org website or reproduced locally.
All application forms contain a statement of verification to be executed by the Local Lodge Financial Secretary. This verification attests to the member’s good standing as of February 1, 2021. The Local Lodge seal must also be imprinted on each submitted application.
Any questions that may arise as to the Scholarship Program, the competition and/or awards, which cannot be answered locally, should be directed to District #142.
I wish to take this opportunity to extend my thanks to all affiliated Local Lodges for their assistance in this matter, for as we are aware, the success of the program depends to a great degree on the individual Local Lodge.
