IAM/PSA Airlines 2021 Negotiations Update – Oct 1st

As was previously announced in the last bulletin, the opening day of negotiations had been set for October 7th and to occur in DAY. Due to a scheduling conflict that arose for the maintenance leadership team that is unavoidable, the opening day for negotiations has been rescheduled. It will now take place on Tuesday, October 19th and still occur in DAY. At this meeting the Union and Company will opening negotiations and share initial proposals generated by the IAM membership at PSA Airlines.
The membership survey that has been available for a few weeks now has continued to generate interest, but we still need more input and am asking everyone to participate. To date, we have received north of 300 returns. This survey will continue to be available online until close of business on Friday, October 8th. It can be found on the District Lodge 142 website at www.iamdl142.org. Just look for the 2021 PSA Airlines Negotiations Survey text for the link on the top left of the page. Following the completion of the online portion of the survey, the IAM Strategic Resources department will correlate the data and we will share the results with each station.
I want to continue to emphasize to you about communications. Our goal is always to make sure everyone has the most up to date information concerning negotiations. The single, easiest way for you to receive information is to add a personal e-mail address to the District Lodge 142 database for future PSA or other communications. The easiest way to do this is by clicking the red “Join Our Email List!!!” button on the website while you’re there to take the survey.
