On July 10-12, 2018 your negotiating committee met in Dallas at Southwest Airlines Headquarters to continue contract negotiations. Present for the company: Adam Carlisle, Sr. Director, Labor Relations; Danielle Reidder, CS&S Regional Director; Dan Kusek, Sr. Mgr., Labor Relations for CSA; Andrea Nivet, Sr. Mgr. Labor Relations for CS&S; Mandy Vitela, Asstistant Sta. Mgr., DAL; Joel Bagby, Attorney; Jackson, Senior Manager Finance; Patrick Briet, Finance Planning Sr. Business Partner; Becky Ronnebaum, Labor Negotiations Specialist; Nicole Bender, Labor Relations Planning Specialist. Present for the Union: Dave Supplee, President/Directing General Chair; along with General Chairs April Butler, Kenny Champagne, Carrie Lessley, and Jessica Morris; also your Negotiating Committee Members Lollie Beecher, MSY; Sheri Parmann, FLL; Dennis DeFrank, SOS.
Progress took place with Article Seven Overtime due to open beneficial dialog between the two parties. The committee continued work on the preparation to address Article Five Classifications. Your support and solidarity is appreciated throughout this process.
Next scheduled session is July 24-26, 2018 in Kansas City, Missouri. Future negotiation dates have been set through September 2018 at alternating locations.
