Southwest Airlines Contract Negotiations Update – July 15, 2019

Negotiations resumed July 9 -11, 2019 at Southwest Airlines Headquarters Dallas, Texas. This week following discussions, agreements in principle were reached with: Articles Two (Scope of Agreement); Fourteen (Vacations); and Twenty-Two (Holidays/Flexible Time Off). Dialog took place with Article Seventeen (Safety and Health). The company also responded to Articles Five (Classifications) and Six (Hours of Service). Your committee continued to work with these as well as the remaining open articles.
